Upon entering the home, the formal living and bar area walls are adorned with a velvet in a soft ivory hue, warming the contemporary space. Dining and powder rooms feature soft black velvet for added drama on the high ceilings.

Linen grasscloth is featured throughout the master suite and ensuite halls and dressing areas creating a rich and tailored ambiance. 

We energized the gym and spa area with a waterproof grasscloth wallpaper, while highlighting a natural grass in the tranquil massage room.
